Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Support America’s Veterans

Location: Kalispell, MT
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $23.50/hour

We’re hiring a mission-driven Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support U.S. Veterans through non-treatment, compensation, and pension evaluations. This is a structured, low-stress role focused on exam support—no ongoing care, no prescribing, and no treatment required.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet Veterans with professionalism and compassion
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
• Perform phlebotomy (required skill)
• Administer EKGs, PFTs, and ABI tests (training provided if needed)
• Prepare and process lab results for provider review
• Monitor exam flow and track appointment completion
• Communicate no-show updates to leadership in real time

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active CMA certification (CCMA, NRCMA, AAMA, or RMA accepted)
• Active BLS Certification
• 4+ years of total clinical MA experience
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience
• Comfortable performing lab procedures independently
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Eagerness to learn and follow standardized protocols
• Passion for serving Veterans with respect and dignity
